Microcomputer automatic calorimeter instrument is used to measure the calorific value of coal, coal calorific value of combustible solid such as oil or thick liquid material and explosive energy of explosive material, in line with the requirement of GB/T213-2008 " the determination method in calorific value of coal".
1. Adopt the compressor refrigeration method, automatically adjust inner and external cylinder temperature, reduce cooling correction coefficient, making the measurement result more accurate. Adopt the unique refrigeration temperature control system, making the temperature not changing in the experiment process, ensuring the stability and precision of test result. Unique semi-conductor refrigerated water circulation system, deciding the refrigerated amount according to the last calorific value, balance circulation water system, keeping the water temperature relatively constant, reducing environment influence, perfectly solving the problem in the past that after the calorimeter having every four to five experiments, the water temperature is over than room temperature 1.5ºC, then leading that it can't have tests continuously, ( the national standard requires that the temperature between the outer barrel and room temperature don't exceed 1.5ºC), making the tests results more accurate, truly develop the advantage of fully automatic calorimeter.
2. Stainless steel vacuum internal cylinder. Mixing system adopts imported motor from Germany.
3.Heat capacity stability <0.2%, precision<0.1%, temperature resolution 0.001K, the product is of good performance and degree of precision even in the harsh environment. Compact structure, attractive appearance, convenient to install and maintain, low failure rate. Small size, largely using mould manufacturing, high degree of precision. The repeatability and reproducibility of coal calorific value test is superior than the requirement national standard GB/T212-2008.
4. high degree of automation, automatically use built-in constant volume inner barrel water amount, automatically control the temperature difference between inner and outer barrel, automatically complete the test whole process. Adopt Windows XP operation system, realizing one machine multi control, don't influence each other, high stability of software operation. Richdata process function, the user could query history test data, on the day of the data, parallel sample data, etc, meeting the national standard GB/T213-2008 "at the end the inner tube is higher than outer tuber about 1K."
5. Precise micro computer fully automatically calorimeter, keeping all the function of micro computer system, could run the common software to deal with other affairs, and meanwhile start the calorimeter measurement and automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity), measurement heating amount. Input the sulfur, moisture, hydrogen, etc, then convert and print bomb calorific value, higher heating value, net calorific power,etc.
6. The internal cylinder use flake blade electric mixer, the stirring of outer tube use submersible type electric mixer, making the stirring more uniform and more convenient. Instrument uses fused cotton ignition.
7.Computer calorimeter runs on operating system Windows XP and above, the whole process reminder, human-computer interaction, follow the instruction to complete the test.
